The content of the site (text, pictures, prices, files) is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in KWD and include what the label says they include. We correct obvious pricing mistakes and tell you before we ship.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a payment does not go through.
Payment is taken by KNET and cards, PayPal and cash on delivery. We never see your full card number.
Delivery, returns and refunds follow our shipping and returns pages.

Your account and messages

Details you give us through forms, orders or email must be accurate. We use them as described in our privacy policy.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
